Sales within the States

Girls Unrestricted currently only sells and ships products within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.  We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside the United States.  In addition, you may not export any products purchased at the Girls Unrestricted Store.  However, we look forward to expanding, in the near future, outside the United States, and we appreciate your patience.

Return and Refund Policy

If you do not agree that your product, which was purchased through www.girlsunrestricted.com, meets with your quality standards, then please request a refund within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product.  Custom orders may not be returned for a refund and or exchange.  Items that are returned in their original condition will be processed for an exchange and or refund.  However, the refund will be made in regards to its original method of payment.  The product, which is returned, must be shipped to Girls Unrestricted within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the product return.  Lastly, all products and accessories must be packed and shipped in their original packaging.

Please be informed that the following conditions do not permit Girls Unrestricted from accepting a return or allow for a refund of our products.

            Washed products

            Worn products

            If tags are removed

            If not in the original packaging

            Past 14 days from shipment date

            Lingerie and personal undergarments

Defective Items

We welcome and encourage that you please notify Girls Unrestricted of any items that do not meet with your expectations regarding quality and or defect.  Please review the warranty section below in reference to defective products.

Important

Items that do not bare the official Girls Unrestricted logo are not covered under our warranty.  Please contact the manufacturer of that specific item, which does not bare the Girls Unrestricted logo, directly and or notify us regarding our limited warranty.

Proof of Purchase

Girls Unrestricted will send you an email confirmation regarding your purchase order.  Orders that do not provide an email address will receive a confirmation by mail. 

Payment Methods

Paypal is the only and preferred method of payment.

Gift Card

Girls Unrestricted is in the process of making this service available in the near future.  Thank you for your patience.  However, please be aware that you are welcomed to purchase products for your friends or family and we can mail it to their designated address.

Sales Tax

Girls Unrestricted product order receipts will include sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of purchase.

Tax-exempt Orders

We welcome orders that are placed by tax-exempt organizations.  However, please be ware that you will need to provide proof of state-tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped.  In addition, the name of the order must match the name on the state tax-exempt certificate.
